Caitlin Callahan has been with the firm for over five years. As a skilled financial analyst, she prepares complex tax credit and loan applications – pulling together the myriad reports and exhibits required by the funding entities. During the pre-development, construction and post-completion phases of the development process, Caitlin sets up the electronic books of account, prepares funding requisitions for construction lenders and oversees the accounting and financial reporting for projects. She advises clients on marketing and lease-up, and serves as the primary asset manager for existing apartment communities. An alumna of the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, Caitlin received her BS in Business Administration.
