James Perrine advises both for-profit and nonprofit clients on the best strategies for development, finance, marketing and asset management of multifamily property in multiple states, and successfully positions projects to win awards of tax credits and governmental funding. For over thirty years, James has led teams that developed several thousand market-rate, mixed-income, and affordable properties with combined total development costs exceeding $700 million. James received his BA in Government cum laude from Harvard University, and his MS in Real Estate Development from MIT.
